QueekyPaint is an Adobe-AIR-based image editing application which can perform different modifications to images thanks to its several tools.
As an interface, QueekyPaint isn't exactly the fastest or most beautiful program. Its interface is not too dissimilar to Adobe Photoshop but it's definitely not as intuitive. As an Air program, it also isn't that fast.
With that said, it does provide a number of free features for users and supports brands of stylus which aren't supported in Photoshop.
QueekyPaint provides a number of tools such as select, wand, magic wand, fill, erase, move and others on the right-hand side by default. Like Photoshop, it can create and edit layers along with apply different filters and effects to them.
QueekyPaint doesn't provide that many filters right now, but what it does have are the most used ones, namely bevel, blur, drop shadow and glow. Apart from that, you aren't going to find too much in terms of effects and filters.
For users willing to overlook the lack of filters QueekyPaint offers, the ones it does offer are the most used, so there's not much to complain about since it's freeware.
In the end, QueekyPaint isn't the most capable image editing program but it does seem to offer some of the most-used features and effects though as an Air app, not at lightning speed.
